"Comfy and fits like it should"
Got this from globusgroup.com and yeah, the fit is pretty much right. I wasn’t totally sure on the size at first, but it turned out fine. It sits properly, doesn’t pinch or feel weird after wearing it for a bit, which is basically what I needed. Good for everyday use, comfy enough, no real issues. I’d buy it again

"Really quick delivery"
I ordered from globusgroup.com and did not expect it to arrive so quickly. I got updates along the way, and the parcel turned up earlier than I thought it would. There was no hassle at all, just a smooth delivery. I would definitely use them again...

Ordered from them twice now. Both parcels showed up on time. Tracking was decent. One box had a small dent, but everything inside was fine. No big issues. I’d use them again
"The website is frustrating to use"
I had a hard time finding what I needed, and a lot of the pages felt slow to load. The menu is kind of all over the place too, so I ended up giving up quickly. I can imagine other customers getting frustrated with it as well, especially if they’re just trying to find something fast.

"Nice to see the greener options highlighted"
I really liked that they included the sustainability details because that’s the kind of thing I actually look for now when I’m choosing what to support. It made everything feel a bit more thoughtful. I just found myself wishing there were more regular updates on how the progress is going, like what’s improving, what’s still being worked on, that sort of thing. Overall though, I appreciated the focus on greener choices.

"Certification papers were kind of confusing"
I had a hard time figuring out the certification papers, to be honest. The info was there, I guess, but it wasn’t laid out in a clear way, so I couldn’t really verify everything without second-guessing it. Just felt a bit messy and unclear.

It lasted for a while, so I can’t really complain too much, but... the corners did start wearing down quickly. Overall it was okay, just not quite as durable as I was hoping

I’ve been using globusgroup.com for a while now, and the products themselves have been fine. I haven’t really had any major issues with what I’ve ordered.
The frustrating part has been the account management. Replies can be slow, I’ve had to chase a few times, and I’ve been given different answers by different people about the same thing, which makes it harder than it needs to be.
It’s not been a terrible experience, but it does feel a bit disjointed. A lot of the hassle seems preventable if they kept customers updated better and made sure everyone was on the same page.

I’m not trying to be picky, but I expected more options for customising the products. I just wanted to choose the colours and setup that worked for me, and it felt like there wasn’t much flexibility at all. Maybe it’s fine if you only need the standard choices, but for what I needed, it was frustrating.

I had a bit of a mixed experience with Globus Group, honestly. They did get back to my messages, which I appreciated, but a few times, it took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up. Once they replied, the information was usually clear enough. Overall, not a bad experience, just felt like the communication could be a little quicker, and more consistent

"Really impressed with the new product ideas"
I’ve used Globus Group products a few times now, and what’s really stuck with me is how practical some of their ideas are. It doesn’t feel like stuff made just to tick a box.
The safety gear I tried had a few little details that made the day easier, like someone had actually paid attention to how people use it on the job. Small win for me: I managed to get through a long shift without constantly adjusting things, which was a nice change.
The website was straightforward too, and I found what I needed without going in circles. Overall, really happy with the experience and would happily give it 5 stars

I had to return something to globusgroup.com because it wasn’t really what I needed. The return form was straightforward enough, which was nice, though I did get to enjoy the thrilling experience of waiting around for a reply.
The refund showed up after a few days, so it all worked out in the end. Not exactly a flawless masterpiece of customer service, but they got it handled and I didn’t have to chase them endlessly, so I’ll take it.

I wanted to like it, but it just didn’t feel worth what I paid. Maybe some of the cost is going toward the branding or packaging, because the actual value didn’t really match the price for me.
